"I think that it was quite a good presentation, the theory I introduced was interesting and I did not talk about a certain subject that just a few people may like. As you may know this past weekend Carnival festivities took place in our city. Badajoz is one of the best places to spend this long weekend because of the party, the music, the people... The ones that live here really love Carnival and you can see people dressed, some of them with incredible costumes, at any hour of the day or the night. My favourite thing in this great weekend is the  parade, where groups of people prepare their incredible costumes, dances and music. I really love how people feel about Carnival and the thing I like the most is to go with my camera to the parade to take photos of the dressed people because of their vivid and brightful colors. I really like photography and this time is my favorite in the whole year to go out with my camera and take some shots. This year I got a certificate media pass and  I could get into the show and through the people. I took almost 900 shots and the parade took almost 7 hours to end. Here I leave you my opinion about this  known topic:

In my opinion, there is not much to say about this image. The idea is quite clear and I totally agree with it. Educational system in our country (and most of them), is made to evaluate people’s ability to memorize, not comprehensive capacity. The system we are testing has been designed in a way where people that know how to memorize results can make Physics exams look easy. However, subjects like History, Literature, Philosophy and all that kind are easily evaluable via this memorizing way. But the main problem is that our evaluation is not constant as it is called to be. Because they only ask you a certain topic once, you are supposed to know it until the end of the course, better or worse but you should. The main problem here is that if I demonstrate that I memorized the topic one day, the system will take it as if I knew the topic and will never ask me ever again. So people with ability to “eat” theory, can just study the day before (if it is not too much theory to study) and show that they know it in the exam. Meanwhile there are still people that instead of memorizing prefer to study the way it is meant to be. So that if I am asked today about something I studied in September I could answer, better or worse, but I could. And that is what this image easily shows.
