Ay was always teased and made fun of. Ay is gonna dieee. Ay is gonna dieee, they always said. Even the teacher made fun of him, but the teacher didn’t know it. Whenever Mrs.Roxypox messes up, she always says ey ey ey. But to Ay, it sounds like it was Ay’s fault. It was NEVER Ay’s fault. Ay was always thinking, why did my parents name me this? WHY? One day Ay was going to the store, and he saw the posters, they all were about making new laws, you needed to make a petition, and get 100 people to sign it. He was thinking, maybe I should make a petition for people to change their names. He rushed back home with his parents. Then he went on the petition website and made a petition, 5 minutes later, there was 479 votes on there, there was more votes than he needed! He sneaked away from his parents and ran ALL 57 miles to City Hall, with about 6 breaks or so. He presented the petition to the people and 5 days later, a new law came out, that law was about changing your name! So finally, his parents let him change his name to Lin, and his old name was Ay Ah, now his name is Lin Ah! You might have noticed that Ay Ah sounded like Haiyah. (HA-YA) That's because, when he grew up, he became a very VERY famous karate master! That is the story of Lin, or Ay Ah!
