Studying Law of Association and Company Law was not just about rules and statutes, it was like watching a giant game of LEGO, where people build powerful structures called associations and companies. These 'LEGOs' were just bricks, though. They were individuals with rights, goals, and sometimes, disagreements. Seeing how the law helps these groups work together while protecting everyone involved, from members to outsiders, felt like solving a giant puzzle. And the more I learned about internal rules and leadership, the more I realized how important fair play and responsible teamwork are for making these structures truly strong. Nevertheless, ethical concerns arise within these structures, like power imbalances, manipulation, and even corruption. How can the legal framework be strengthened to better protect individuals and ensure fair practices? These are the questions I anticipate exploring in Law of Association and Company Law II. Look forward to the journey ahead!
