She said she didn't tell anybody, even though multiple people were coming out with their own stories at the tie, because she didn't want her children to be bullied or teased over the fact. She told me that the first people who told about their UFO experiences in Bonnybridge were from a poor family and that most people believed they were doing it for attention, so immediately, everyone stigmatised those who came forward as just jumping on the bandwagon. When I spoke to my ran she informed me that she doesn't believe in UFOs even though she saw something. This was very interesting to me because of the clear contrast in beliefs and differences to other stories from people. It is an entirely new perspective. 
We will ask her questions about the stigma, how the UFO sightings began, how the town reacted, and if she knew anybody who was very against the town's newfound quirk. We would work from 11:30 until 6 most days, however, unfortunately due to using linked files instead of transcoded we had to start over. This was stressful for us as we had lost a week of work. Luckily, we managed to work 9-9 to regain our progress. Editing was quite difficult due to the lack of shots that we could use for either a sound or camera fault. However, we still managed to construct the narrative effectively. After editing was complete, we passed it on to Olivia and Holly for sound design and colour grading. 

We then realised that in order to export as an AAF we would need the linked files that we had previously deleted due to us having to start again the first time. All of us arrived at my Gran’s house and set up the equipment, and then headed up to the moors in Bonnybridge. We recorded a good few interviews of my gran, carol and laura, about their account of how life was back at the time they witnessed a UFO. Unfortunately at the end of the day we rewatched the footage and discovered the boom pole was present in most shots, as well as tapping in the audio as Kit had consistently tapped on the boom pole during filming. We decided not to use this footage or audio because of this. 
We also filmed more interviews on Reilly Road, not too far from the moors. I was asking questions and giving the prompts, while Holly filmed the footage. Kit was recording sound, however was still tapping, unbeknownst to the rest of us. When asked it was reported Camera and Sound were both good. 
The interviewing process went smoothly, however finding good footage with good sound was a big challenge in post production.

This footage was to go with a voice over. We met up in Bonnybridge, (unfortunately Kit wasn't there), and assembled the equipment. We were unable to use any audio/sound equipment apart from the cameras mic as the batteries for the boom pole weren't charged and we didn't have enough time (daylight purposes), to charge the batteries. We were okay with this however, since the sound wasnt too important on this day since the footage was going to be layered with a voice over. Filming on this day went well despite our sound challenges and our footage was good quality. Each of us took turns operating the camera on this day.

We also filmed my gran, and her two daughters Laura and Carol having a look at some old photographs. This shoot day had its own challenges as well. Holly was on a pre booked holiday so she couldn't be here, so it was just myself, Kit, Aliyah and Aimee. We struggled to mount the camera to the tripod/shoulder rig so everything was handheld, which worked out well for what we were filming. The boom pole was physically damaged so recording audio with it was impossible. Because of this we ended up recording all the audio on mine and Aliyah’s phones. Once exported and added we noticed it was out of sync, at first we thought it was only by a frame but then we realised it was out of sync in multiple places by different amounts of frames. 
Tommy was in MAV and came over to see if he could help and he was luckily able to sync everything that needed to be synced. Fortunately, we don't have much dialogue that needs to be synced to visuals. Luckily he was there to sort it as the other option was to put the mov and wav together in avid and then back to Davinchi.
