There were constant interruptions which made it difficult for students to stay focused. The majority of classes that I observed struggled getting started and actually completing assignments. Every class period there were students being sent out of class or coming into the classroom because they were too much of a distraction in their original class. Often times teachers struggled keeping students in their seats or quiet during work time. The students expressed their thoughts whether they were good or bad to their teachers. Some students had a friendly bond with their teachers and the teachers would use that "friendship" they created with their students as a tactic to keep their students from misbehaving in their classroom. Some classes allowed the students to work with one another which usually resulted in the students chatting more than doing their work. However, there were a few students that stayed on track and completed their assignments. Each had rules and regulations the class was to follow. I was shocked to how the school is functioning with constant chaos.
