Ofrendas are used to remember there ancestor. Before they set the altar they clean the house. They put the ofrenda on the table and cover it with a cloth. A lot of levels can be placed on the Ofrendas. Saints on the top. The light of the candles symbolize  Jesus Christ Reborn and faith.
