The matter to read and understand was easily accessible and worded in a simpler manner for better understanding.  
2. Tasks were open-ended, where we could choose a situation of Andrea, Tony or Hussain and share our opinions and thoughts on that. We also had the freedom to present in a manner of our choice. 
3. The workshop was paced out in a way where we could complete our assignments at our own pace.
4. A platform was given to share our assignments as well as to get inspired by the others assignments. 
5. Personal feedback was very beneficial.

Initially I knew about PYP and its elements like Learner profile and ATL skills but it was confusing and unclear as how to implement it in my planner and attending the workshop has helped in giving a better understanding. 
2. It gave me a better understanding on international mindedness.
3. My understanding on the importance of student led inquiry and lifelong learning has become more meaningful and clear. 
4. The workshop helped me in thinking about meaning and out of the box engagements in every module.

2. Along with that I am trying to give students voice, choice and ownership during a session or learning engagements. 
3. I am making conscious efforts for my class to be more and more student led and not teacher led.
