But taking into account different aspects, the strategy will be as follows:


The teacher will have an envelope marked "The Special Farmer" in which he/she will write the name of a pupil. The pupils won't know who the special farmer is. The teacher will say that if the special farmer behaves well, he or she will get a prize, but if they don't, they won't. To control the behaviour of the special farmer, the teacher will have a poster that works like a thermometer (if the pupil behaves well, he/she will move towards the goal, but if not, he/she will move further away from the goal). Perhaps with this strategy all pupils will try to behave well, expecting to be the special farmer. So, if the special farmer does everything right, he or she will sit in the special chair in the next class and get a sweet.

Otoniel will film one video of the week and Josefina will film the other, so that the students of both groups will get to know both main characters.
