         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>The head crush happened in your hard drive because you probably hit or move the computer when the hard drive is spinning. Hard drives are very sensitive to vibration and shocks, especially when are operating; when the read/write head touches the rotating disk, it can't scratch and damage the disk surface. This is the fact that probably head crash your hard drive.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 1970s and early 80s, the way users accessed computer system was complex. In this time the computers uses a user interface. In 1984 Apple produced a Macintosh, a computer that uses a mouse and a graphical user interface (GUI). A few years later, Microsoft lunched Windows, another operating system  that use the GUI. A GUI makes use of a WIMP (windows, icons, menus and pointer). The backgroun of the screen is called the desktop. It contains a lot of icons, this icons represent files or folders. Double-clicking a folder, opens a window which contains programs. The most pooular OS are Windows, Mac OS, Unix, Linux, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, RIM and The Symbian OS. </div>]]></description>
