The rationale behind my choice of this topic is that it is crucial for children to be educated on the health benefits of physical activity. Teaching them fundamental movement skills, introducing new games and sports, and helping them develop lifelong physical activities can significantly benefit both their bodies and minds. These activities not only promote physical well-being but also contribute to mental health, helping children develop the habits necessary for a happy and successful life. Educating students to further develop their understanding how a healthy mind and body work together, therefore will be better equipped to reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves, both during school and throughout the many years after their schooling years.
