2. always perfecting craft
3. if team is struggling you can’t give up and you have to stay dedicated to them
4. even if you do not have a big role on the team you are still dedicated to making the team better
5. you can be the most dedicated person but if you are conceited it doesn’t matter
6. you can’t just be dedicated during the season you have to be working in the offseason
7. when your team already gave up, you have to be dedicated enough to care enough to bring them up
8. do just do required, do extra
