Daniel Goleman’s model of the Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessment, known as (EI),is divided into four areas:Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
Goleman's Emotional Intelligence theory, people with a higher sense of their emotional competency are more likely to develop healthy relationships, cope under stress, reaching their goals, and inspire others to follow. Not to mention that they have more confidence, self-control, and the ability to adapt to sudden changes –personal and/or social (Zeidne & Matthews, 2018).
The EI assessment could assist students with their career choices.
