Though research is still ongoing on potential effects since vaping is still pretty new.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There are many different types of nicotine. Including freebase nicotine, nicotine salts, and menthol nicotine. Freebase nicotine is the most common form found in traditional cigarettes and many e-liquids. Nicotine salts, are a more recent development in the vaping industry. They are known for providing a more smoother hit, and faster nicotine absorption compared to freebase nicotine. </p><p>Flavours of nicotine can mask the harm, and makes it easier to be consumed in large amounts due to the appeal. Many Flavoring chemicals used in vapes have harmful effects when inhaled. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

Adults also engage in vaping for various reasons, including alternative to traditional smoking. In recent years 30% of youth aged 15 to 19 years and nearly half (48%) of young adults aged 20 to 24 years reported having tried vaping in their lifetime. The main age demographic of users is between 16-24 years old.</p>]]></description>

Seeking professional help from healthcare providers such as doctors or counselors, can provide guidance, support, and treatment. Reaching out to someone you trust/cares about you is the most brave step towards recovery. Some alternatives people use to quit vaping include nicotine gum, or nicotine pouches. Though these can also be harmful it is a good step towards fully coming clean from nicotine use.</p>]]></description>
