This showed a lot of websites that I was not familiar with. I loved the Northstar training and will definitely be using this. I also did not think to include symbols in a bingo game or other type of game would be helpful to identify/ memorize what they mean for residents

Maybe more concrete examples or more success stories and/or areas of growth stories. So we can see the impact the training has had for people. Like the data was wild to look at for the number of ISP and how some areas were extremely rural. But it was all numbers and data. Maybe for visuals like short videos or stories. Especially since we were all from different areas and states and walks of life. I live in a big city, so seeing videos or pictures of other cities and their need for digital access would be very impactful.

A lot of excellent information. I know technology but I need to be able to speak in terms that every-day user's know. I didn't get to attend as much of the course as I wanted to so I'm definitely going to try again. I loved being able to hear other's viewpoints in different areas.

Some more advanced lessons or way to work in more conflict situations/differing areas of experience, region, etc. would be beneficial. Quite a few of the people in this cohort were already familiar with Digital Navigation in some aspect, so helping to accommodate or encourage growth in that area would be helpful. However, I do also recognize that many are new to Digital Navigation, so balance must be struck.

A deeper dive into cultural competency and ethics in digital navigation, it was briefly touched on but I think more time could be spent on those topics as they are so important when getting into the field and delivering services to clients and being able to do it successfully.
