I created this Padlet for the camp we may be able to hold next May, and it contains both collaboration and feedback.  First, the Padlet itself is an avenue of collaboration as it not only organizes all camp curricular materials in one location, but it provides the ability to post comments/questions/ concerns allowing for collaboration both between the staff and me and among staff members.  Second, the general information column of the Padlet contains a Screencastify recording of the camp’s organizing information. This will assist the staff in understanding how Ignite is set up which should enhance collaboration. 

  As for feedback, the last column of the Padlet is dedicated to collecting information regarding how camp activities went once camp is over. Ignite operates on a 3-year curriculum cycle, and it is important to receive feedback about activities immediately after a camp so that lesson plans can be adjusted and improved for their next use.  In addition to teacher feedback, the lesson plans for the grade 3-5 level of camp contain a Quizizz that is used at the end of the morning to assess student acquisition of concepts before moving on to afternoon activities.

  This Padlet demonstrates both the Thompson Educational Expectation’s Learning Design Goal for collaborative planning and Colorado’s Teacher Quality Standards for promoting effective communication and utilizing technology.
