It's a cute place to go for a little lunch date with your s/o or friends! It does tend to get packed easily but theres 2 or 3 tables outside to enjoy the fresh air.

Every time i come in I'm greeted very nicely- the manager always has a conversation with my sister and I when he sees us. I think the price of the items are fairly good considering the portions I am given. I am never disappointed when I eat here! The food is always flavorful and warm and it makes my tastebuds explode. 
** I recommend Chicken Katsu lunchbox and the strawberry green tea (my favs!!!)

First, and most importantly, the food quality is more often than not, satisfactory. My usual order is the chicken fried rice; it's delicious. There has, however been a couple occasions when the food has been overly greasy and not so good.

I've never had an issue with the service. The employees are friendly and the food has always come out within about 10 minutes of ordering.

I usually order my food to-go so it's never been a big problem, but it's not particularly the nicest interior. There is often packages piled by the kitchen door and one time when it was raining there was a bucket on the floor catching water from a leak.

Regardless of this, I would highly recommend giving China Family Restaurant a try. For the amount of food you get, it is priced just right, and it makes for excellent leftovers!

The one on Lamar has interesting pastries, I like their lemon ricotta cookies. I find that their produce is overpriced in comparison to HEB for relatively the same quality, you're just paying for the 'organic' title. I hardly do my routine grocery shopping there because of the expense, but I think their specialty items like baked goods are worth the occasional purchase. They have ample parking space, but it's still never enough because they're always packed. Honestly, their workers never seem to know where anything in the store is or how to help you, but they're kind. With the beautiful exterior that resembles a home patio, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is especially beautiful at night. The food was amazing as it had mostly Vietnamese/Asian food with a French twist. I especially recommend the boiled escargot. As this is a French dish, they add some Vietnamese spices that is definitely unique and delicious. 
However, the wait is very long and it can be  considered pretty expensive. The food also ranges around $10 to $30 USD. For a seat, I would wait around 30 minutes to an hour which can be pretty annoying. Even though the wait might be long, they provide some snacks from time to time and provides an open bar. 

All of the waiters were not wearing mask and loosely follows the COVID guidelines which may be a concern to some.

The set of criteria that this restaurant will be graded will be setting/ambiance, food, staff/waiters, and booking system. Between these criteria, food would be placed at the top, with setting/ambiance coming in next, staff/waiters, and finally the booking system coming in last. 

Food: North Italia is known to be a more higher-end restaurant, serving Italian food. The food served is very flavorful and everything from their appetizers to the desserts taste good. 

Location: I have only visited the location at Domain, but that North Italia’s ambiance is great. The restaurant is very open with clear glass doors, so lots of light can enter. The aesthetic of the restaurant is also minimal and clean adding towards the great ambiance. One concern that should be addressed would be the size of the restaurant, as at times it can get very cramped during their busy hours. 

Staff: The waiters and staff at North Italia are extremely accommodating, making the customer feel welcomed even if the customer had to wait for a long time before being seated. 

Reservation System: Finally, the booking system would be the one thing that I would improve. Currently, North Italia does not have a reservation system; it has a walk-in system. This would deter people from coming, as it is not guaranteed that the customer would be seated. 

Overall, North Italia is a great restaurant in many categories, and I would definitely recommend anyone to go eat there.

The dishes were all well prepared and the pasta was freshly made. I don't think you can go wrong with anything here! The environment of this restaurant is also beautiful. I will recommend this place to everyone who comes to visit. The staff really takes the time to explain the menu and provides excellent service. I have had an enjoyable experience every time I've come here. Service was a little slower but still acceptable. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

The main criteria I had in mind when evaluating the food truck were cost, time, and quality. They excel in cost and quality: the food is affordable and includes a 25% discount for UT students, and the quality of the food is amazing, it makes me feel at home. The distance is perfect for a quick delicious coffee and they have a wide selection of delectable handmade desserts to choose from. The prices of their drinks are extremely reasonable for the quality that they give compared to other cafes. The customer service of the cafe is really good and the staff is really nice. The store is usually not busy and it's a nice place to stay for long hours to work. One downside, however, is that they are closed on odd days, such as Sundays and Mondays. It has stores that range from clothes, cowboy boots, hats and jewelry. Not only that, but it has restaurants, some with venues for live music. These restaurants include Mexican, Italian, and so much more. The venues for live music are easily accessible. There are usually not long waits for any of these places. Some downsides are that it can be hard to find parking, and things can be expensive to purchase. Overall, South Congress is a great place to spend time with friends or family on a sunny afternoon.
