If the job is well known, it becomes easy to shortlist and select candidates suitable for the role.</li><li>A job analysis is the basis for a strong job description. And we know that when you’re hiring, a precise job description can be the difference between attracting top talent and mediocre candidates.</li><li>A job analysis helps evaluate the fit of your current employees. In other words, by analyzing each position thoroughly, it helps you ensure that the right people are in the right positions. When employees are in jobs that are well suited for them, they are much more likely to stay motivated, happy and loyal to the company.</li></ul><div><br><strong>What are the negative outcomes that would result from not understanding the jobs of those reporting to the manager?<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Not be able to adequately evaluate the performance of subordinates</li><li>Will have trouble understanding the workflow process if individual jobs are not understood.</li><li>The right person for the right job will not be possible. </li><li>It reduces the motivation level of the employees.</li><li>Possibility for multi tasking could not be understood. </li><li>The employee development could not be achieved as the training needs cannot be analyzed. </li><li>Performance standards could not be set without knowing the tasks to be performed for a given job. </li></ul>]]></description>
