He’s Coming Back

A Timelapse of our early morning worship and prayer before our worship set for the day, this isn’t the spot where we’re usually at, but somehow the skies that day drew us to this spot at the rooftop.

As we sang Yeshua, it felt like we were waiting in anticipation for him to come back again, as if his glory was about to pierce through the clouds.

“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.”

1 Thessalonians‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“Look, he is coming with the clouds,” and “every eye will see him, even those who pierced him”; and all peoples on earth “will mourn because of him.” So shall it be! Amen. “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Sometimes the Holy Spirit diverts us away from dangerous paths that we need to avoid. But many times we give in to our fleshly desires, but he is a good and faithful God throughout it all.

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”

A spot at his table

The reserve sign on this table reminds me:

Do we have a seat reserved for God to come commune with us?
Have we been hearing God’s voice and opening the door to let him come in to dine with us at the table?

Wholeness

I took this photo during my silence and solitude, i interpreted it as God speaking about how only in him we are complete. The number 4 symbolises unity and wholeness within creation. It can represent the four cardinal directions, seasons, elements or the four gospels.

God’s View

Even when we feel like we’re unseen or always being passed by, God sees us. This picture reminds me of God’s perspective from heaven when he looks down at us, he sees us in the midst of chaos and crowd.

I’m reminded that God is never late, never early but always on time. There is a time and season for everything, we can rest assure that God holds us in every moment.
