         <description><![CDATA[<div>ReadAlou &amp; Toontastic are powerful tools that can be used to practice practice and practice   just consider   practice makes perfect   these toolS favor improvising and oral production which will be loaded of speaking mistakes to be corrected…trial and error process, that provideS the court, the raw material with which we, teachers can work and polish students until they are able to express in an intelligible way what they want to say. </div><div>Also it is the moment when teachers walk the walk with students so they can get their speaking English goal.</div><div>In my case that I teach English with Special Purpose to college students and adults that are already working    their  interests are    to do business, to teach or to lead teams and Speaking is a must and their opportunity area </div>]]></description>
