Just by creating a short quiz on Kahoot can test their knowledge about how to multiply fractions and decimals. Once the game has ended, have a small prize for the students who win 1st - 3rd places. On YouTube, you can simply type in "How to Multiply Fractions" in the search content, and it pulls up hundreds of different ways to solve how to multiply fractions. This of course is just the tip of the iceberg. Teachers can also use YouTube when having problems teaching something a different way. Even though it is easy for us as teachers, sometimes our students have a problem grasping the way(s) you teach the topic. YouTube provides us an unlimited amount of resources when obstacles like these come into play, giving us a different way of teaching that topic.

Khan Academy has videos much like YouTube, but KA is strictly educational videos. KA has videos pertaining to every grade level and subject from elementary math to college courses and levels. In our middle school science classes, Brain pop would give us a simpler version of the topic of our lesson. Brain Pop also has different sections that teachers can use as a resource. They have lessons including all subjects (Science, math, social studies, language, and others).
