Hailing from Tamil Nadu, a southernmost province in India, I have always had a keen interest in entrepreneurship and social impact since my undergraduate days. I have been actively involved in various United Nations' student programs and have worked with startups and social impact NGOs to make a positive change in society.


Throughout my career, I have collaborated with team members from diverse backgrounds across the globe, with a special focus on the ASEAN region. This multicultural exposure has given me a unique perspective on how businesses and societies operate, and I believe that collaboration across cultures is key to driving innovation and growth.

Then I promised myself to help Ukraine, which once supported me. Since 2014, I have been doing volunteer work. 
This led me to work with a political party where I could combine both work and volunteer activities. I acquired a lot of practical skills, from programming to working with personnel. One of my tasks was to find and test people for different departments of our organization. 
After receiving these practical skills in 2021, I felt that I wanted to gain more theoretical knowledge and entered one of the most prestigious universities in Ukraine where they train future civil servants. 
Before the second attack on Ukraine, in 2022, I was selected from a large pool of applkicants for an internship with for the Parliament of Ukraine.

I’m Italian but I don’t always identify as such: I’ve discovered to have some commonalities with the Belgian culture, since I’ve been living there for 5 months during my Erasmus last year. Unlike Italians, for instance, I take really seriously deadlines. In addition, I’m not the kind of person that uses irony or sarcasm to communicate, exactly like Belgians do.
During my Erasmus in Brussels, I also gained some  knowledge about the EU Institutions, and I got passionate about social and environmental issues like gender equality or firms’ strategic reactions to climate change. Eventually, the latter was the topic of my final thesis! 
My dream in drawer is to work in the European quarter of Brussels, in the consulting sector. 

Regarding my hobbies, I  love travelling and taking pictures: I visited 5 countries till now (Luxembourg, UK, Belgium, The Netherlands and Greece) and I’ve often run out of memory for the amount of pics. I am originally from Indonesia but I’ve lived in Austria my entire life. 

After being aware of the racial and gender discrimination in healthcare treatments and research, I realised how much social inequality is still present even in a service that should be accessible to everybody! This sparked my interest in working in this particular global challenge. 

I am fairly new at this as this is the first time I am working with NGOs but I’m looking forward to it especially working towards a solution, and gaining new skills and perspectives.  

I love to travel the world (I’ve been to over 25+ countries so far) and I am passionate about music. In my free time I enjoy cooking and exploring different parts of Edinburgh.
