The radio signals sent out by the NOAA across the airwaves are well to be considered a fully public good, as well as both non-rivaled and non-excludable. The NOAA broadcasts are sent out to inform the population of various weather conditions, emergency information, etc., at no direct cost to those that tune in to the frequency. This is non-rivalrous as one individual receiving the broadcast doesn't affect the capability of another to receive the same broadcast. The government doesn't and can't choose to give favour to on individual over another as the service is given over a large overlapping area, the reception of the broadcast is not tracked or recognized in any sort, and the service is not paid for directly by any individual wanting to receive the transmission. As well the ability to receive the transmission itself may be completely free, as the radio receiver may be provided by the defense agency and or fema, and any other chosen equipment that can receive the signal.

I used this object as my example because of how the packaging of the carton displays all the ingredients and nutrients that come with the product. The carton gives instructions of how many servings is within the carton and boldly states how this half and half creamer is lactose free. This is put on almost any commercial good so the consumer is fully aware of what is in the product they are purchasing.
