New Structure Idea: Should we have a YPS assembly (broad community) and a Core Team (made up of WG/TF co-chairs) for day-to-day efforts?

YPS Assembly: Meets quarterly and can include anyone interested in the YPS agenda. Assembly can be co-chaired by the GCYPS Co-Chairs. Assembly is used to information sharing, validating and pulse checking and AOB.

Core Team: GCYPS Co-Chairs and the co-chairs of the TFs and WGs, meet monthly to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. But also focuses on higher-level decisions that need to be made on the agenda.

Based on this we are better able to provide more options and incentives for more people to be involved based on their availability and level of commitment. This includes Grey area members too.

I know this is not directly but I think members should have a shared Code of Conduct

Intergenerational aspects on membership

I think there has been a considerable human capital lost within the generation that was young when YPS movement started. Consider YPS champion figures maybe, not as full members but in advisory roles?

In some movements, the applying members must have 2 reference letters from current members.
