         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Braid down the back, over the shoulder, over the head, around the head, and if long enough maybe around the neck and have a free scarf for the winter.<br></p><p>2. Foundations, in general, are the stepping stones for anything. Without it you cannot move forward. With that being said, if one does not know the basics of this basic braid, they cannot move on into the next stages of braiding unless they are very talented and skilled - which many are not. For those who are not, they must have the basics of the basic braid down before moving on.</p>]]></description>
