- That the adventure with Frodo has taken a drastic turn of events in the past couple of pages that we have read. 
- Danger lingers close to the group of Sam, Pippin and Frodo in which they are being chased by a mysterious enemy in which they have very few ideas of what it could be.
- The book is taking an interesting turn of events in which the grand adventure of Frodo and companions will soon take place.
- Overall the book is picking up pace and interfering me the reader to continue reading on for the next event that will take place in the book.

Discussion Highlights:
- The wights in the read were interesting in that they seemed like cultish in their activities, but also zombified in a way. it is hard to describe.
- How the hobbits were treated in the Inn was like when new people go to a country that does not get many of tourists from their original country anymore, so there is wonder and excitement surrounding them in the Inn.
- We finally get to meet Aragon, he will be pivitol later on in the book and the series as a whole!
- The Black Riders are still present even this late into the book and I do not know how to react to it because I feel like that, this is going to be the whole book, them fleeing the Black Riders.
- Well the black riders attacked Frodos new home,and eventually find him and the band out in the open near some ruins.

Discussion Highlights:
- A long read, if you can call it that, it was packed full of action because it was all leading to the climax and ending of the book. 
- During this read we get another member added to the band, now a company of people, Legolas! He is an interesting character who is a great addition to the company for his great strengths especially with his bowmanship. 
- Also we meet two more people who would coma along with Frodo, Gimil a dwarf and a man Boromir. Gimil was the son of Throin who in the last book I read last year the Hobbit was on the great adventure with Biblo following in his fathers path like Frodo. 
- It is sad to see the company which grew toghter through these chapter come to an end, to search for Frodo whose mission is now to destroy the ring in Mordor
