(7:00a.m - 8:00a.m) = When I came at work (Permai Polyclinics), I cleaned properly. To begin the task, I put on PPE and gloves after finishing the cleaning.

(8:00a.m - 12:30p.m) =If there are patients who want to see Doctor, I've been assigned to be a Doctor Assistant and Polyclinics personnel (Assists) such as checking blood pressure (BP), taking the patient's blood on the finger to check the glucose level (DXT) in the patient's body, and observing them inject and treat the patient in the emergency room, as well as x-rays, have been some of the activities I do.
(12:30.m- 2:00p.m) = Rest
(2:00p.m - 3:00p.m) = I  returned to work as a assists and then cleaned and sanitised the place before leaving.

22 March 2022 - TUESDAY

(8:00a.m - 11:20a.m) = In the treatment room, I give injections to patients, take blood to check their blood sugar levels (BP), and assist the nurse with a bloody bladder replacement on the patient's genitals.
(12:30p.m - 2:00p.m) = Rest
(2:00p.m - 2:40p.m) = I folded the ghauzt and blue sheets with staff nurses.

(2:40p.m - 3:00p.m) = I finished cleaning and returned home.

23 March 2022 - WEDNESDAY

(8:00a.m - 12:00a.m) = I became a doctor's assistant and accomplished tasks such as checking the patient's blood pressure (BP), sugar (DXT) and cholesterol (CHOL) levels, giving contraceptive injections (im depo), watching nurses clean the patient's wounds, and I was also instructed by the doctor to administer Nebulizers to adults and pediatric patients (NEB VENTOLIN & SALINE).
(12:30p.m - 2:00p.m) = Rest
(2:00p.m - 3:00p.m) = continues finishing tasks as assistants.

24 March 2022 - THURSDAY

(8:00a.m - 12:30p.m) =  I arrived at work and completed the assignment assigned by the Doctor:

1) Get a GDL medical checkup.
2) Nebulizers patient  (Saline, Asthalin)
3) Check the patient's blood glucose (dxt).
4) Examine the urine of the patient (UPT & UFEME)

(2:00p.m - 3:00p.m) = If a nurse or doctor requires assistance, I continue with the task. Once that, throw out the trash and replace the plastic with a new trash can, then return after I've completed cleaning.

25 March 2022 - FRIDAY

(7:00a.m -7:47a.m) = I arrived at my workplace. Before beginning work, I cleaned all of the rooms in the clinic. My partner (assists) and I already prepared to start the assigned activity by donning PPE and gloves.
(8:00a.m -12:30p.m) = I've been assigned to be an assistant doctor or nurse who might take blood pressure and glucose levels in the body (bp), as well as check the condition of patients wearing asthma pumps in the treatment room.
(12:30p.m - 2:00 p.m) = Rest
(2:00p.m - 3:00p.m) = I went back to continues tasks as assists then leave after cleans and sanitizes workplaces.

(8:00a.m-12:20p.m = I am assigned as an Assists Doctor if there are patients who want to make treatment such as: 

1) make a medical checkup 
2) make a UPT (Urine Pregnant Test) 
3) make UFEME 
4) treat patients using NEBULIZER (shortness of breath) 
5) saw staff make Phytoid injections, make STC

(12:30p.m - 2:00p.m) = Rest
(2:20a.m - 3:00p.m) = As an Assists, I continued my designated duty. I returned home after finishing my schoolwork.

(7:00a.m- 12:00p.m) = Arrive at work and prepare to wear on ppe.  I became an assistant doctor, which entails checking glucose levels (dxt), making UFEME, and administering injections like Thypoid, Voren, and Non-pregnant.

(12:30p.m - 2:00p.m) = Rest
(2:00p.m - 2:45p.m) = Continue do mybtasks as assists then go back home after completes the task.

I've been given the task of assisting in the treatment of patients who have been directed by the doctor, such as:

1) give Buscopan, Ranitidine, and Mexolan injections
2) provide nebulizers to adults and children
3) Do a blood pressure, dxt, and gout check
4) Also have medical examination
5) observe staff nurses providing treatment to injured individuals
6) Inject non-pregnant women (im depo)


After that, I assisted in the administration of medication to patients who had been treated. I took a break at 1:00 p.m. with a coworker. I returned to my position as an assistant at 2:00 p.m., which included checking blood pressure, performing MOGTT, and checking dxt. I went home as soon as I finished the task.

On 7:00a.m I arrive at work and prepare to put on your PPE. I became an assistant doctor, which entails checking glucose levels (dxt), making UFEME, and administering injections like Thypoid, Voren, and Non-pregnant. On 12:00p.m i've rest. Then, as an assistant, I carried out the Doctor's instructions again after rests then clear and clean the workplaces then back home on 3:00p.m.

01 April 2022 (FRIDAY)

I registered the patient and prepared to sew with a coworker at 8:00 a.m. I become an assist once more:

1) Get a medical examination.
2) Use NEBULIZER to treat asthmatic patients  (Ventolin & Duolin).
3) assist the doctor with the x-ray procedure
4) Produce a medical report
5) assist the doctor in scanning the infant and determining UPT and UFEME

My coworker and I took a break about 1:00 p.m. and returned to treat patients at 2:20 p.m. I clean the treatment room and the doctor's office, which includes discarding trash in both. I went home after finishing cleaning.

8 April 2022 - (FRIDAY)

I checking glucose levels, manufacturing Ufeme, and preparing injectable fluids such as Thypoid, Voren, and Non-preg were part of my duties as an assistant doctor. We rested for lunch and said zohor prayers in the scan room after the doctor went to Friday prayers at 12:00 p.m.

Around 2:25 p.m., I administered a Thypoid injection to a patient in the treatment room. Before leaving, I cleaned up what was left after the shots.

14 April 2022 - (THURSDAY)

I arrived at work about 6:55 a.m. and began assisting expecting mothers, which included preparing the baby ultrasound in the scan room and administering an Anti Tetanus Toxoid injection (ATT). In addition, I offer them Asthalin nebulizers.

Approximately 11:00 a.m. Because the drug had expired, I repackaged it in new medicine plastic. I also placed gastric medicine (omeparazole) in a box to be mailed to a pharmacy in Kota Marudu, Sabah.

I administered the patients Im Depo (non-preg) injections after the meal. Then I clean what should have been cleaned before working hours.

HOLIDAY - GOOD FRIDAY

I became assists to check the patient’s blood pressure (bp) as well as check the patient’s DXT in the Doctor’s room. In addition, I was also instructed to give i'm depo (non-preg) injections to patients.

Among the other tasks directed by doctors and staff nurses during this week are:

1) help the Doctor in the ultrasound room in the scan room for pregnant mothers
2) despent the drug to the patient
3) write the referral letter into the book
4) give nebulizers to children (Asthalin and Saline)
5) give injections of Tramadol, Ranitidine and Maxolan

This week I had a new experience of testing dengue on children and being monitored by a staff nurses in the treatment room.

19 MEI 2022 - (THURSDAY)

I gives patients get non-pregnant injections (im depo) and newborns get nebulizers (Saline). In the treatment room, I cleansed the patient's dressing at 10:40 a.m.

I was also told to conduct a dengue combination test and a urine test on the patient (UFEME).

20 MEI 2022 - (FRIDAY)

I've been told by the doctor to administer Saline nebulizers to newborns who have a cold cough. Another assignment I had to do was:

1) Give non-pregnant im depo injections to contraceptive users.

2) Take the patient's blood pressure and give him or her high blood pressure medicine, then take them to the treatment room for 20 minutes of rest. Recheck the patient's blood pressure after that.

3) In the treatment room, saline and Supirocin should be used to cleanse the patient's wounds on the fingers.

4) Participate in the ultrasound scan room as a doctor.
