         <description><![CDATA[<div>This amendment is important to us because without it, there would be chaos in the world and more people would be arrested as a result of warrantless searches of people and their possessions by the police.<br><br>It is agreed that this amendment protects us from law enforcement or government agents violating our rights or properties.<br><br>What would happen if this amendment weren't in place? Police would enter our property without a warrant and be authorized to do so for no cause.</div>]]></description>
