Today, many women work to increase the household income and all generally have the opportunity to pursue higher education. However, they still do not occupy as many leadership positions. Men continue to dominate the public sphere and, since quotas for female representation were discarded, the numbers of women in politics have declined.

Russian young people have a positive tendency towards LGBTQ community. They find them rather sincere, funny, nice people. Juat a few people have gay friends, probably because that members of LGBTQ community usually keep their sexual orientation as a secret. They are often afraid of hatred, discrimination,contemp, disrespect. Also lots of people are aware of difficult position pf LGBTQ community on Russia and want to change unfair governmetal policy.
