I would hire this person because this person seems to have different types of experiences. This person seems to be somewhat sociable with others and that makes this person a great candidate for the job that the person is applying for. Another thing that stands out when I was reading this cover letter was the fact that this person is looking for a challenge and is willing to learn new things. This person would be a great candidate for this job.

it was well written, clear and concise. They seemed to have the proper qualifications for a job like this and had an ambition for the job being offered. They did not mention any letters of recommendation but if this was present I don't see anything that is could be missing for a proper job application.

I liked that they were honest about their little work in the past, but it is obvious that what they are discussing is something they are passionate about. It was also a nice touch that that take pride in this field. The only thing I would have changed was the fact that it was very generic and didnt stand out much from the others.

I would not hire this individual because this person addressed their cover letter "To whom it may concern," which makes them seem like they haven't done enough research on the job. I also feel like they pointed out a lot of their negative qualities when they should be talking about skills they contain that will be good for this specific job. I feel they are very timid with their words and need be more excited to be interviewed for the job!
