         <description><![CDATA[<div>The election of 1800 was named the "Revolution of 1800" because despite the few policy changes in the transfer of presidency from the federalist to republican party, it was a peaceful revolution ( which in itself is new to any revolution) that brought the demise of the federalist party, and a more welcoming place for foreigners through the naturalization law.</div>]]></description>
