My topic is to research how a ‘digital’ High-Performance Work System (encouraging employees to work more efficiently alone or together with other people) can give FM (consultancy) companies the ability to provide a better service to their clients and their employees during an implementation or change project. 

 

My needs are receiving concrete feedback and critical thinking about my subjects and ideas, and creativity when I am stuck on a certain part. I would also like to have set dead-lines which help with planning the whole thesis in the big picture and to have practice exercises with for example writing a good management summary or conclusion.

 

What I have to offer is that I am a good listener and are able to give supportive feedback. I am also very structured when it comes to the small planning, working together with people and conducting interviews and analysing these.

My needs are help with time management, support and a kick in the butt once in a while. I also need some guidance in the funnelling of my topic. 

My offers are that you always can come to me for a chat and I’m quite creative with out of the box thinking.

I have chosen a sensitive topic. I would like to do research on how South African post-Apartheid impacts the hospitality. After the Apartheid laws and legislation were instated to be beneficial for human development. Black Economic Empowerment and Employee equity are examples of this, however in some situations this is not beneficial for human development at all.
