Have you ever wondered how the voices of others can change the way people understand things? The Civil Rights Movement showed that there are people who are strong and confident enough for themselves and others to stand up and have a voice. The Civil Rights Movement changed the way life is to this very day. Racism and brutality would be more inferior today if it wasn’t for the Civil Rights Movement. There are many parts to the Civil Rights Movement that changed the way people see and treat each other. Every part is just as important as the others. Women and men, children and adults, blacks and whites not only changed for themselves but changed the world to make it a place with equal opportunity.
