You MUST:
  • Plan and sequence your ideas before you start writing
  • Write your first draft and check for any errors, making any corrections needed
  • Using a timer, read your work back to yourself and check how long it took. Over 60 seconds - trim it down. Under 60 seconds - add more
Timing yourself as you read your work helps you to spot any more errors.
