The Stamp Act was a tax passed by the British Gov't, Parliament, in 1765. Which placed an additional tax onto anything made of paper (i.e; newspaper, playing cards, etc.). This was in order to pay off debt from the aftermath of the French and Indian War. This tax mainly impacts the rich people in the colonies, or others who work jobs that involves them needing paper products.

Citation: "Documents from the Continental Congress and the Constitutional Convention, 1774
     to 1789." 1764 to 1765 | Timeline | Articles and Essays | Documents from
the Continental Congress and the Constitutional Convention, 1774-1789 |
     Digital Collections, Carla Hayden, www.loc.gov/collections/
     continental-congress-and-constitutional-convention-from-1774-to-1789/
     articles-and-essays/timeline/1764-to-1765/
     #:~:text=Stamp%20Act.&text=It%20taxed%20newspapers%2C%20almanacs%2C%20pamphlets,t
     he%20tax%20had%20been%20paid.

The Boston Massacre was a fight between a British troop led by Captain Thomas Preston, and a crowd of American colonists trying to get to the King's money in the Custom House. This troop was sent to protect the tax money after a riot started to threaten a soldier who was guarding it. Through the screams of the crowd, one of Preston’s men fired his gun into the crowd after being hit with a club. With this and hearing the word 'fire' from the crowd, the rest of soldiers fired as well. Resulting in the deaths of a total of 5 men in the crowd, including former Crispus Attucks.

Citation: "Great Britain : Parliament - the Declaratory Act; March 18, 1766." Great
Britain : Parliament - the Declaratory Act; March 18, 1766.
     Encyclopaedia Britannica, academic.eb.com/levels/high/additionalcontent/
     primarysource?id=160393&path=/primary_source/avalon/18th_century/
     declaratory_act_1766.asp.
