Record myself talking about ... for five minutes. Listen back and transcribe to identify slips, errors and areas for expansion (i.e., 'I was very very busy = I was drowning in work'). Re-write the speech with improved grammar/linkers/expansion etc.

Go to the grammar section in my course book and find an example sentence with a tricky grammar point. Alphabetize it in your notebook. Come back to it a few days later and reconstruct it. Do again with another sentence, this time adding a word or a few (i.e., a preposition, an article, a linker).
