We do this by having teachers report the IA scores and predicted scores on a google sheet. Students register using the form which populates a sheet, that uses form mule to automatically send a confirmation email to the student and parent with a link to our schoopay system as well as the parent confirmation google form.  The email also sends information regarding accommodations and payment assistance. We like that the process is self-contained and automated.
