been the house I can go to for a break from reality. Whenever I would go to her house, my cousins and I would find something to do in order to not be bored. A specific memory I have in mind being there was going o the chruch across the street to ride our bikes in the parking lot. The parking lot used to be almost abandoned and was always empty. As you can see, we were right  across the street, which made it easier for us to go anytime we wanted. When the renovation of the Forum began, we started to see a significant change in the way the church was being handled. There was new parking lot rules and they chnaged the way it looked. As I grew older, I started to realize the small issues we had in this community I thought was perfect when I was younger. There is a significant amount of homeless people who camp out right next to the freeway. This is something I believe could be fixed in our community because there is a possibility. Something my community could do in order to fix these issues is build more homeless shelters around the areas that are most populated with homelessness. Many homes are being build in a brand new style mostly because they are being forced to. Homes near the Forum are likely to get taken down to due to the city wanting to build more parking structures or shopping centers. This is harmful to the community because people who spent all their time and effort building their homes and lives with their family will soon be forced to give it all away due to gentrification. This is an issue that needs to be addressed by someone who has control over it.
