Everything turned out fine but my doctor advised me and my parents that athletes should get an EKG done after contracting COVID to make sure nothing was wrong. after a couple of weeks I started to notice a chest pain. this caused me to get an EKG done, which eventually lead to an Echocardiogram (an ultrasound of the heart) to find out that I had a birth defect that affected my heart causing it to have a hole in between the top two chambers of my heart this was called ASD or Atrial Septal Defect. this wasn`t caused by COVID but because of this virus I would have never found out and it could have caused some serious damage.
