Responds bluntly or critically

You need to raise a concern about workload and propose a process improvement.

Employee: “I feel overwhelmed and this process isn’t working.”

Manager: “We all have a lot to do. Just prioritize better.”

Employee: “But it’s not realistic.”

Manager: “That’s the expectation.”
