Caribbean modern thatch house as it uses the dried palm leaves of the coconut tree as a roofing material. The walls are made of concrete but has a finished layer of the wood from the coconut tree. Windows are similarly styled to regular modern house (which are tall and wide panels). This will then allow the home to blend in well with the environment, use local materials and still be unique. For the overall color scheme of the house, using an earl green / tone earth green as an accent to the house will also be a nice addition.
