         <description><![CDATA[<p>The behavior that Magness described that feels more familiar to me is the idea of having control over a situation. I am often really bad at procrastinating and I feel like the amount of work that I have can feel out of my control. It is helpful for me to remind myself that I am in control of the situation and I can work to make the situation easier.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The exercise that I use most frequently is the idea of reminding myself where I have choice. Once again, when I have a daunting task, or a long day of dance, it can often feel out of my control and feel like something that I am forced to do. When I remind myself of all of the choices that I have, it makes me feel more in control.</p>]]></description>

We do a lot of activities where we talk with partners and discuss the work we do and we also use our journals. This lets us watch our progress throughout the class.</p>]]></description>
