It should be taken while it is hot, but should be taken with deep thought.

CC: Easily, the assumption that the industry will consume you whole is one that's commonly made. People suggest that artists steer away from the larger, streaming industry to be considerate of their careers.

Rebuttal: Corporate manipulation isn't exactly something that'll occur if one is careful, though. If one thoroughly reads their contracts and has a good idea of what they're getting themselves into, they should be okay.
