I would say that I got support from most teachers. During the pandemic, it is easy to tell which teachers cared about their students from the beginning. Daniel's response regarding communication is exactly what support looks like virtually. As a teacher it is your job to respond to emails and even checking on the students who were absent consecutively. Support is also having office hours, for me I depend on office hours for some classes. Office hours shows support because the teacher is willing to explain what ha been taught in class using a 1 and 1 session. I agree with both Daniel & Amirah with the point of being difficult to learn & educate ourselves remotely, but also I am just as surprised as them because I´ve managed to keep my grades steady & good. I think it does takes student & teacher effort because during these difficult times we need to be patient & comprehensive. Going back to the 1st question & thinking about Quarter 4, I think we shouldn´t only put the weight onto the teachers because we also need to put our part & understand that we may not completely get the help we need. Some people may be closed off and suffering silently but that doesn't mean they are undeserving of support. Same goes for the ones who you may think have everything together but really they need someone to fall back on. Support means being there for someone unconditionally. I agree with both Amirah and Daniel because remote learning and the pandemic itself has put an innumerous amount of weight and pressure on everyone and has made the learning process even more difficult.
