Use the Medical Inventory and the Medical Administration Log to help with this. 
The Treatment Sheet is where you record your findings. 

To work out the dose needed for 24 hrs you will need to:
1) Divide 24 by the number of hours shown on the 'Dosage' section (e.g. Somnus: 24/6 = 4) 
2) multiply the dosage amount by the answer to 1) ( e.g. Somnus 200 x 4 = 800) 

To find the number of people who need each medicine you will need to:
1) read through the Medical Administration Log to view their symptoms, match them each medicine's usage. 
(e.g. Somnus is a sedative - it puts people to sleep.  The Medical Administration Log shows 3 people cannot sleep.  3 people need Somnus)

Put these numbers into the Treatment Sheet and it will calculate the rest for you.
