The standard mastery report would also be helpful for the same reason. I also liked the "highlight low performing students" and grouping options. I think those may prove helpful to differentiate instruction and better meet the needs of all students.

As a first grade teacher I feel the item Analysis report and the standards performance benchmark reports would be the most useful in tracking data. In the standards performance benchmark report we can see how the students are progressing with a standard as that particular standard grows throughout the year. Like in the math clusters, as the standard is introduced it continues to add more to the standard each time that standard is introduced in the curriculum. So by using this report you can see when or if a student starts to struggle with a particular standard or need enrichment. Then by using the item analysis report you can dig deeper into the test to see if there were any questions that gave students problems thus then it leads to reflection on both the test itself and how we taught our students.

That report will help me see which problems the kids are struggling with and the fact that I can see how they answered wrong, I may be able to figure out what mistake they are all making. Being able to create groups and assign work to just specific students is going to be great with my EC students.
