This zine was published by Lina Wu and has 20+ contributors that create poetry, illustrations, comics, photography, and designs. All contributions focus on the female experience of mental health. Wu has said "For much of my life, I noticed that 'getting emotional' was seen as a girly or feminine thing - meaning it is often dismissed as dramatic and frivolous". She wanted to created something that helped women feel less alone in their dark times. Someone could find this inspiring by relating to the content that is being shown. It only covers a small selection of games, but it’s cleverly intertwined and almost all of the essays are a joy to read.

Over 80 contributors had drawn different diverse perspectives and communicated through visual and literary mediums within this zine. This very zine inspired me to be different in a good way. But it’s also about women all together basically being bosses in their own right, and them just being independent and just amazing. Women shouldn’t be forgotten or given half credit when they work hard. Also because little was upset about the lack of representation of minority women in feminism conversations and she created a space for women and non-binary people of color to come to share their ideas, opinions, and experiences. The media they include is art and annual magazines. I find this inspiring for my own zine because she made a zine talking about how she made a group for women and nonbinary people also letting them know they can be themselves and have an opinion colored women made gal-dem and build their self up from the bottom to start publishing more things.

It's about black gay men learning to accept themselves. They are trying to make a way to reach out to the community. They included Photographs and them coming out of their shadow, and proving that they shall have equal rights. Everybody goes through obstacles and struggles which is what makes you. But it is all about how you handle and overcome your problems in life to become a better you overall. For people with mental health disorders or issues I advice for confidence is to never give up on what upsets and stresses you out, and also to remember that you can be anything you want and you can do anything you want.
