For example speak is banned because of its soft-pornography and glorification of drinking, cursing, and premarital sex.
Another example is Harry Potter because of witchcraft and in order to give Harry power he has to drink animals blood. Yuck. Fahrenheit 451 is the last example. This is banned because of bad language.

I don't think community members should be able to control what books should be in the library because they do not owe the library or control the library or the teachers in the library. They don't pay them so of course they shouldn't be in control. The librarians are the ones in control and their the ones who buy the books. so No! they are not the ones in control so that is my opinion about "should community members be able to control what books are in the library?
