         <description><![CDATA[<div>https://padlet.com/subyfirth/techprof<br><br>Thoughts:  So many possibilities!  A virtual fluid bulletin board,  This is such a great tool especially for the visual learner (like me!).<br><br>Teachers can meaningfully use this tool by using it for collaboration in student pairs or groups where they share their answers.  It certainly is a tool that allows learners to dig deep and use critical thinking skills. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Thoughts:  The greatest feature of this tool for me was the fact that it allows the teacher to organize the stickies by tags.  During lessons, teachers are able to hide or show specific responses.  Such flexibility!<br><br>Teachers can meaningfully use this tool by emphasizing collaboration.  It is a discussion starter that meets the needs of the visual learner with the added benefit of assisting students with organization in the project environment.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://tinyurl.com/gvdga6b">https://tinyurl.com/gvdga6b</a><br><br>Thoughts:  This is so incredibly easy to use!<br><br>A teacher or consultant would need to use this tool because those who are reluctant learners in regard to technology will shy away from a lengthy URL.  When the customize feature is used, the tool makes URL's easier to remember.</div>]]></description>
