Give a printed reward (perhaps in a photo frame), signed by site leader / manager. Flowers are a nice touch. 
Another idea could be a coffee cup with the award printed on it. Or some sort of plaque/trophy. Plenty of ideas to chose from. This is already happening in ICL in many ways on many different sites.
