• Help teachers review their data with the Data Analysis Guide so they can better understand student strengths and areas for growth.

• Have data chats with teachers to help them reflect on their data and encourage them to do the same with their students.

• Review the tips and tools in this kit to help you balance what students need with getting them to grade‑level success.
